In partnership with sports marketing agency Sportfive, we provide matchday sports presentation for Norwich City FC, a Championship club playing at Carrow Road. Our role involves managing live matchday feeds, liaising between key stakeholders, and delivering dynamic in-stadium graphics using a live graphics system. Additionally, we help drive new ideas, maintain systems, and ensure seamless execution on matchdays.

We provide a dedicated live production system, permanently installed at the club, to manage matchday presentation. Our graphics system dynamically updates in real-time, reducing the need for manual data entry and improving efficiency for operators. We’ve integrated a smart, automated workflow that streamlines operations and ensures consistency. Additionally, we helped develop a structured run-of-show, allowing us to implement new initiatives seamlessly. The production is run by a matchday operator, who works closely with the club team to deliver an engaging fan experience.

The team working on-site is Norwich-based and passionate about the club, creating a strong connection to the matchday experience. Unlike large international events, working in a club environment offers a unique opportunity to be part of the club’s ongoing journey and long-term vision. Additionally, experiencing club football firsthand and watching high-quality teams compete is a rewarding aspect of the project.
/challenges
Like many stadiums, space is limited, requiring our equipment and setup to be highly portable and efficient. Additionally, while we work with club staff rather than dedicated sports presentation professionals, this presents an opportunity to train and mentor individuals, some of whom excel and become key contributors to matchday operations.
