/summary
Partnering with Qatari production company QVision, we delivered sports presentation across nine stadiums for the AFC Asian Cup. Our production units, technical equipment, and expert crew ensured seamless coverage of 51 matches, including at World Cup venues Lusail and Al Bayt. With over one million attendees, the tournament crowned Qatar as champions, reinforcing its status as Asia’s premier football event.

We supplied Portable Production Units, Wireless Cameras, EVS Replay Systems, Fibre Transport, and Cabling, alongside technical project management. Four production teams managed coverage across multiple stadiums, ensuring smooth execution. All equipment was shipped from England, ensuring high-quality production standards across the event.
/highlights
Working alongside a global team of suppliers from Canada, the USA, Serbia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East was a standout experience. The tournament provided incredible moments in Asian football history, showcasing teams rarely seen in England. It was also an opportunity to engage with new fan bases, experience diverse football cultures, and contribute to an event of massive scale.
/challenges
With games coming thick and fast, managing an intense schedule required precision and adaptability. Some older stadiums presented challenges in integrating overlay equipment, but strong collaboration ensured smooth execution. Keeping the team motivated through a demanding workload was another hurdle, but clear communication and teamwork helped maintain high energy levels.
/learnings
Having on-site production management is crucial when overseeing large teams in high-pressure environments. Organisation and strict scheduling are essential to keep operations running smoothly. Most importantly, strong logistics and reliable partners play a fundamental role in the overall success of a project of this scale.
